Estimated users is a published estimate of how many people use this network, extrapolated from 29,197,950 observations over a 60 day window. Large operators often run several networks, so a low figure can mean their customers reach the internet through a sibling network.
What this tells you
- An estimated 19,439,187 people use this network, from 29,197,950 observations over a 60 day window, which puts it among the larger access networks in Japan.
- Its space resolves to 4 countries, concentrated almost entirely in Japan (100% of the IPv4 space), so it is effectively a single-market network despite the spread.
- Of those, 19,439,187 are in Japan, 17% of everyone online there.
- The same operator runs 5 other networks, listed below.
Countries in this space
Space we can place in a country covers 100% of this network's IPv4 space and 100% of its IPv6 space. The table below divides that space.
| Country | IPv4 share | IPv6 share | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | 100% | 100% | |
| Everything else (3 more) | <0.1% | - |
Organisations holding assignments here
Registered organisations account for 99% of this network's IPv4 space and 94% of its IPv6 space. The table below divides that space. Registered holders come from the bulk whois that RIPE, APNIC and AFRINIC publish. ARIN and LACNIC do not publish theirs, so space held in North and South America is largely unattributed here.
| Organisation | IPv4 share | IPv6 share | |

Anonymizer signals
Flagged space covers 0.9% of this network's IPv4 space. The table below divides that space.
| Category | IPv4 share | |
|---|---|---|
| Open proxy | 100% | |
| VPN | 57% | |
| Datacenter | 19% |
One address can carry more than one of these, so the rows add up to more than the space they cover.
