Estimated users is a published estimate of how many people use this network, extrapolated from 111 observations over a 60 day window. Large operators often run several networks, so a low figure can mean their customers reach the internet through a sibling network.
What this tells you
- An estimated 499,489 people using this network are in Russia, the largest of the 2 countries it serves, 0.4% of everyone online there.
- That estimate stretches 111 observations across 499,604 people, so it is less precise than its digits suggest.
Countries in this space
Space we can place in a country covers 100% of this network's IPv4 space. The table below divides that space.

Organisations holding assignments here
Registered organisations account for 100% of this network's IPv4 space. The table below divides that space. Registered holders come from the bulk whois that RIPE, APNIC and AFRINIC publish. ARIN and LACNIC do not publish theirs, so space held in North and South America is largely unattributed here.
