Network operator
Pilot Fiber, Inc.
3 networks combined into one view.
Operators are grouped by registered network name. Each figure below is the total across every network on this page, which is what a single network page cannot show.
What this tells you
- Address space is concentrated in United States (95% of the IPv4 space), across 9 countries in total.
- Carries VPN exit infrastructure for VPN Unlimited.
Countries in this space
Space we can place in a country covers 100% of these networks' IPv4 space and 100% of their IPv6 space. The table below divides that space.
| Country | IPv4 share | IPv6 share | |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 95% | 100% | |
| Poland | 3% | - | |
| United Kingdom | 0.7% | - | |
| South Africa | 0.2% | - | |
| Japan | 0.2% | - | |
| Bulgaria | 0.2% | - | |
| Serbia | 0.2% | - | |
| Argentina | 0.2% | - | |
| Everything else (1 more) | 0.2% | - |
Organisations holding assignments here
Registered organisations account for 29% of these networks' IPv4 space. The table below divides that space. Registered holders come from the bulk whois that RIPE, APNIC and AFRINIC publish. ARIN and LACNIC do not publish theirs, so space held in North and South America is largely unattributed here.
Anonymizer signals
Flagged space covers 1% of these networks' IPv4 space. The table below divides that space.
| Category | IPv4 share | |
|---|---|---|
| Open proxy | 99% | |
| Datacenter | 83% | |
| VPN | 67% |
One address can carry more than one of these, so the rows add up to more than the space they cover.
VPN operators using these networks
Space published by a named VPN provider covers <0.1% of these networks' IPv4 space. The table below divides that space. That counts only what providers publish as their own exits. Space merely associated with VPN use is wider, and is counted under Anonymizer signals above.
| Provider | IPv4 share | |
|---|---|---|
| VPN Unlimited | 100% |
